Mike and Lou discuss the recent actions if U.S. House Speaker John Boehner concerning the $1.1T omnibus spending bill. Andy Ostrowski, 2014 PA-11 congressional candidate, calls in from an airport terminal to discuss the common law grand jury movement and the quo warranto notices that have recently been sent to scores of public servants, including every single federal judge in the land. Lou extends another invitation to his audience to join him and others on December 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Elm Park United Methodist Church, 712 Linden Street, Scranton, for the first of bi-weekly  Custody for Cash strategy sessions.

Segment II
Dorene calls in to offer some more info on the progress of the common law grand jury movement. Mr. X warns of continued systemic rick in the financial sector, says the TARP bailouts were about allowing business and banks that had failed in the marketplace to survive at the expense of the American taxpayer. He also comments on the recently released report on CIA torture actions.

Segment III
Terry Martin of the new Quad County Independent Gazette is in studio to discuss her motivations for launching that publication. Kurt calls in to discuss “inverted totalitarianism” and the “patriot middle.” Lou reminds his audience of Mr. X’s admonition to vote with our dollars.

Segment IV
Lou comments on the departure of long-time liberty activist Michael Harrison from the Luzerne County Campaign for Liberty group, which he founded in 2007 as a Ron Paul Meetup group in its initial incarnation. Harrison will be continuing his activism in New Jersey. Lou plains a clip of a Georgia Legislature address by the late Georgia state senator Nancy Schaefer and comments on the recent departure of Lackawanna County CYS solicitor Janine Pavalone. Did the attention she received from Sanity Check and the Independent Gazette have anything to do with her exit?
